this item was shipped fast and arrived on time by amazon. for those of you who are bothered by rubber smells this item does have a very strong new rubber smell the first week or two. it does eventually go away. but you might not want to put it in your car until it's aired out.

This steering wheel cover is very cute. It matches the rest of my motif in the car with the frogs! The texture is a little weird though, almost like a chalkboard feeling. But other then that, it keeps the wheel protected and does its job well.

After six months of use. The color of the hearts have faded and the borders are cracked and peeling, but I guess nothing beats the hot so-cal sun.
It did look good for the first couple of months and installation to a sentra was easy and a good fit.
It still protects my hands from the hot and cold which was my purpose of buying it.

It looks really cute and matches the rest of the heart accessories very well, however, it doesn't really fit my steering wheel. I'm sure it's not the fault of the manufacturer and just the fact that my steering wheel is big. I "modified" it and use is anyway though!

This is an excellent price for a great deal! If you don't like freezing steering wheels in the winter or blazing hot steering wheels in the summer, you should definitely buy a steering wheel cover. I did and I am so much happier, no more driving without hands on the steering wheel because of the temperature!!

although I am not totally convinced that this is entirely genuine sheepskin, (the inside feels wrong) it fits fine, feels comfortable, and does not slip. I had no difficulty putting it on my steering wheel, and it really feels better on my hands as I drive.

This cover feels very soft and furry, and brings back memories of petting a real lamb. I don't know if this is true for all, but mine came with a very pleasing scent. For the past few days, I've been enjoying the natural feel of this more than my old neoprene cover.
The only downside is that since it's especially thick, the wheel becomes quite bulky, and is not suited for people with small hands or like to fully grip their steering wheels. For that it loses 1 star.

Here's an update: I liked this product at first, but after 6 months of use, I'm less happy with it. The elastic has loosened, causing me to constantly readjust it around the wheel, and it constantly throws off lint, making my dashboard very linty and dusty. I'm now looking for an alternative. A shame, really.
I need a steering wheel cover that protects me from the burning heat of the desert sun and provides a good surface for gripping. This one fills the bill. Even on the hottest day (and it's routinely over 100 F here in the summer), the wool is warm, but not burning. I was a little afraid that it wouldn't provide me with a good grip, but have no fear! In fact, it's so soft and cushy, it makes it downright fun to grip the steering wheel. Wish I'd gotten it in the gray color, though.

I had one of those covers you can purchase at a very well known discount department stores made of fake sheepskin that my wife and I loved during the cold winter months, but after I opened this real skin and put it on another car we drive I had to take the fake one off. The fake one had a lot of dust or acralamb stuff flying off whenever you touched the wheel. I put up with it ,but really did not like it. This new real sheepskin wheel cover is soooooo soft it is unbelievable for the price. I will be purchasing some more for all my other cars we have. Great in the winter can only hope the same for the hot summer months when the sun heats up the wheel so hot you can't hold it. When it was warm enough the fake one came off for the summer. Now it is off for good. Highly reccomend for the price.

I've had this on my steering wheel for a long time now and it's held up well. It wasn't until recently that the material started to rip and the picture started to flake off. It does a good job keeping cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The product was better than I expected. At first, I was afraid it would not fit on my car, but it fit beautifully.
The silver-blue velvet and black side grips feel great under my hands, and the colors also goes together great with my car, silver exterior and black interior. The seams may be a little annoying when turning, as another reviewer stated, but it did not bother me as much as I thought. Instead I just worked around it. I hardly notice them now.
The picture of the blue fairy could be a bit better with the details, but it is still good. And I was more concerned about the feel of the steering wheel instead of the picture.
Another thing that I really like about this cover is that it does not make the steering wheel feel bulky, especially when my hands are not big like... say a man's. Most covers I've encountered made the wheel feel bulky under my hands and made me feel like my hands had shrunken two sizes.
Overall: The steering wheel is well-made, protects the wheel and my hands from heat, looks beautiful, and feels great to the touch. I definitely recommend this product.

I already own one of Amy Brown's other designs for steering wheel covers so I thought for a change of pace and something new I'd order this one. Figuring that they'd both be of the same quality, I wasn't hesitant. I was surprised when I recieved it because the graphic was not at all detailed, very blurred and not as pretty as I'd hoped. The stitching and the fabric are top quality but the graphic could be printed a lot better. All in all I'm satisfied but not thrilled.

i received the steering wheel cover the first week in November. I put the steering wheel cover on about a week after I received it. Within a couple of days, the clear studs started popping off and one of the butterfly designs on the side started coming off. I just sent it back to be refunded.

Only the butterfly portion of this cover is 'rubber grip' - the rest is a velvety texture. Another texture to note is that there are cubic zirconia / rhinestones within the butterfly print. It's definitely pretty and was worth the ten dollars to buy, but I will definitely not replace it with the same item when it wears out.

This butterfly steering wheel cover looks nice and fits my steering wheel.
However, there are a couple of downsides. First, installation was painful.
It was really hard to get it to go around my steering wheel, the rubber did not have enough elasticity. I would recommend using some tool instead of bare fingers. Secondly, the butterfly pattern is a raised pattern with somewhat hard edges and they hurt my palm when I hold the steering wheel. Wearing gloves would solve the problem but doesn't seem like a good permanent solution.

When I got this, I was expecting a solid, formed cover but recieved a soft, flexible piece of fabric with elastic to stretch around the wheel. It fits but moves around a lot and even flew off once. I just bought some cute red ribbon and tied little bows around the whole thing. That seems to be working better.

This steering wheel cover is very stiff, as if made from a small bicycle tire. The Zebra print is on an low pile artifical fur that feels like it will pile. When we received it we could not stretch it on the wheel that it was intended for, so we used it in another car, once it was stretched we were able to force it on the wheel that it was intended for. Also - has a rubbery / plastic smell. Not recommended.

I read a lot of negative comments before I purchased the wheel kit about installation woes. If you have a little mechanical ability and some clamps this was a fairly simple assembly (20 Min.)The only thing I didn't like were the poor instructions and the handle clamping mechanism started slipping the first time I pull it around over rough terrain. I have to re-tighten the bolts and quite possibly weld it permenantly in place. Otherwise a good product for the price.

Ordered one of these with my Blue Max Generator. Took a long time and two or three emails to Amazon to get it. Seems Homier products doesn't always ship their products when they say they will. If the product was out of stock you would think they would send a email too let you know what is going on. Kit is alright and was easy to install. Complete with those sexy little pneumatic tires. It looks great and feels great, with simulated leather between areas of rubber where the glittery dragons are. However, when I first put this on my wheel, the simulated leather portion was torn and ripped. This could be because I left this portion to be the last to slip on, so it had to undergo the most stress. Be careful when you install, I recommend leaving the rubbber, dragon area to be slipped on last as it may be better suited to handle the tight fit.
