I was impressed with the solidness of the product. I only needed to buy a larger socket handle for the leverage needed, but installation was as easy as removing existing bolts and replace with included bolts. I weigh nearly 250lbs and after installing these I was impressed with how sturdy they are. No flex, even under my weight. Not just cosmetic, these are completely functional and attractive. Overall a great value compared to buying from an installer or dealer.

I wanted to add some additional lights to my 2007 Ford Escape and this looked like a perfect place to mount them. The light bar isn't too big which looks GREAT on a smaller SUV like an Escape. It mounts directly to the front tow hooks without any modification to the vehicle. One of the bar mounting brackets had a slight bend in it but it was easy to straighten in a vise using only my hand. After that, the bar mounted easily and came with many extra nuts and washers... something I don't believe I have ever seen before.
