This Highland heavy duty vehicle tow strap is designed to tow disabled vehicles. Made from Power Web webbing that combines tubular edge design to absorb side impacts and is up to four times more cut and tear resistant than standard webbing. This recovery strap has a high break strength of 10,000 pounds with rust-resistant zinc plated forged hooks.

This item is a helpmate to my electric winch. I use it on my pop up to "pull" it up our inclined driveway. I feel very secure using it. Construction is sturdy and adaptable. It is very handy for tree stumps as well. Metal hooks are very secure. Great and safe product.

Well, these geniuses from a moving company I won't name, decided that, "Hey guys, we'll cut a corner with our 30 foot moving truck. Whoops, we got it stuck in the steep sand embankment." They were gonna have a genie lift tow them out with the tie down straps made for packing. Kid you not. Enter me with one of these, pitying the poor fools. Ended up saving their behinds without any trouble, and that was a big, heavy truck to pull out.

I have now bought three of these tow straps. They are inexpensive, effective and reliable. I purchased one for myself and liked it well enough I got one for my wife and son as well. I would purchase again, but I don't have a vehicle that needs one right now.

Well it looks nice! This is an item used only (to me) in emergencies, to help pull my Jeep or someone else's vehicle out of a ditch or snowbank (in Texas?). I can hope to play white knight and rescue some gorgeous babe, but that would be sexist and wrong! Maybe I can put a sign in the rear window "Tow Strap on Board." Everyone should own one of these!

I tried this tow-strap to tow a Jeep in the Forests(TopSlip/Parambikulam Wildlife Sanctuary,South India)with the Jeep in a much lower plateau.This means double the weight and a very steep climb. The Highland Tow Strap stood by the purpose and did not tear at the edges or give way.The Hooks are solid and strong as well the strap.
