The electrician I got this for loves it, as waist bags are a major pain when squeezing into attics, etc.

This is a very well designed tool bag. It provides many pockets just the right size & variety for all your tools without making it unwieldy. Great economy of space. The item arrived slightly deformed due to shipping in a box. However, I think it will return to its designed shape over a few days.

Bought to replace the 23 pocket version. This is an awesome bag. I'm a 5'9" 180# man, and this bag is just small/light enough to carry around full. Any bigger and it would have been pretty unwieldy, but this is perfect. I didn't find the detachable end pouch to be particularly useful, but that's my single complaint. the pictures don't show it well, but one great feature is a metal "Tape Measure" tab riveted into the largest center pocket, right underneath the handle. If you use a smaller clip-on belt pouch, you can keep your favorite few tools in the pouch, and clip it to this little tab when you want to store it, so all your tools are together without you having to transfer them back and fourth. Mine holds an assortment screwdrivers, a complete set of allen wrenches, assorted pliers, three different wire strippers, three different crimpers, two flashlights, a tone/probe kit, a butt set, a DMM, a field soldering kit, a punchdown tool, and a lot of smaller tools, with a bit of room to spare. Just the ticket for any electronic field service. Highly reccomended.

I am a journeyman electrician for a software development company, and my toolbag is with me almost all day. My boss had this same bag and I was impressed with many of the features. I purchased one for myself and have been using it for the better part of a month. Overall, the bag is high quality with a lot of nice features. The end pouches are great for holding my frequently used tools like linemans, dykes, nut drivers, and screwdrivers. the small plano-style box is very handy for things like wire nuts and ground tails. On the negative side, the center pouch is a little too short to hold my hammer and my jab saw. They both stick out one side at an angle, and have fallen out a couple times. Also, the shoulder strap isn't padded and when you have 20-30 lbs of tools in it, it starts to hurt pretty quick. It's still one of the best toolbags I've owned, and I have had quite a few.

I just bought this bag along with an identical electrition's bag. I have never been of pleased with a tool storage system. I have tried almost every type of tool carrier and I have always been disappointed. This bag holds everything and I can find everything quickly. I own this and use it often. It replaced a bucket toolbox that was cumbersome and ugly. My only complaint with this item is the rigid handle seems to bend too much with ultra-heavy loads. But it maintains its shape when the load lightens. This is the bag I use for tools and have not found anything better yet. But I am still looking.

As an electrician this is the most practical bag i have ever owned. The two compartments on either sides have individual pockets keep all my everyday tools organized and easy to find. The center compartment is long enough to fit my hack saw, hammer, long screwdrivers and other extras. the only thing that worries me is the heavy duty zippers sometimes skip teeth when they turn corners on the bag. But i have seen these bags at 5 years old and the zippers were still in tact. Its to bad they don't have more descriptive pictures or i would have bought this bag sooner.

This bag is well constructed and durable. The only thing that could be better was the attach points for the shoulder sling, but I have it stuffed full; beyond the point of zipping it up or even using the handles and the shoulder strap is working fine. If it breaks, the quality of the bag is such that I would take it in and have it repaired and upgraded.

Bag has held up great after months of use. The zipper has proven to be a novelty; even with a few tools you have to force the mouth closed, hold it and it takes two hands to run the zipper (3 hands total). I tried it once (for a few minuets) and gave up. As an open bag it has worked very well for me.

This is a well made bag from CLC. The plastic parts tray that sits in the bottom section of the bag will hold quite an assortment of nuts, bolts, screws, even step drills.
The bag has plenty of room for a large assortment of tools in addition to cordless drills and the like.

What A great Bag, however, I would have put the small part compartments inside a zippered flap instead of just putting a strap over them.
The only problem I have had with this bag is that enevitably the bag gets thrown around and if you have any small parts, etc. in the parts organizer they tend to come falling or flying out (the doors do not fit tightly together). I think a zipper or velcro flap over the the organizer to make sure this did not happen would have made this a perfect tool bag.

This is supposed to be a cell phone holder but we use them as tool pouches to hold telecommunications tools on our belts. This way the tools we need to splice cable and fix computers or telephones are right at hand. This pouch is perfect for that purpose. The only problem we have with them is they do wear out after about a year of almost daily use. This does keep us buying the product periodically. If you need to have small tools readily available this is perfect for the purpose.

I liked the clip on the front where you can add a pair of gloves or something like that. But the flashlight holder isn't big enough for my Surefire 5" flashlight. Total bummer! I guess they weren't kidding when they said MINI flashlight, mine is apparently a COMPACT flashlight and therefore too big. I was using the Bucket Boss Brand 54041 Double Barrel Tool Sheath before this, and I think I'll need to Frankenstein the two together in order to get something small that'll hold everything I need.
