I bought this product thinking it is as good as the toyota part, when we tried to fix this in the car, we found that the quality was too bad and certain areas were 3 times thicker that in the original part and we had to file the extra thickness and fit it, after all this the handle doesn't work well as well.

I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered a 1999 Toyota Camry Tan driver side door handle and was sent Sage. I called the customer service number and the lady (who could barely speak english) said that 2 people check the item before it ships and said I probably ordered the wrong color. She then tells me to take pics of the handle and email them to her. I have never heard back from her, but another email address had an auto response telling me to call the customer service number. I responded saying that I was told to take pics and send. I received another email telling me that I ordered the wrong color, even though I've had my car for 10 years and the Toyota dealership told me that I ordered that right color. They also asked me to send in a piece of my old handle so they could compare. That would require me breaking my own door handle just to prove them wrong. Now I have to pay shipping to send back their handle. Also, I noticed when I came back to this website to write my review, they no longer have a pic of the Tan single driver side handle.
